What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform advanced diagnostics, including drivability and electrical problem-solving
• Maintain a strong customer-first mindset with flexibility and professionalism
• Contribute to increased shop productivity through skill, teamwork, and initiative
• Quickly learn and effectively use factory scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Suspension and steering systems
• Brake systems
• Heating and air conditioning
• Engine repair and engine performance
• Electrical and electronic systems
• Advanced engine performance diagnostics
• Automatic transmissions and transaxles
• Manual drivetrain and axle systems

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Graduation from a vocational or technical training program
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience
• ASE certifications preferred
