Shipping Clerk & Inventory Position Available

First shift, Mon-Fri schedules

$19-$22/hr

 

Job Duties Include:

• Managing the PO log

• Managing pickup and delivery logs

• Maintaining shipping logs

• Scanning packing lists and uploading to shared drive

• Scanning BOLs, uploading to shared drive, and distributing as needed

• Creating shipping labels

• Receiving invoices, entering into logs, approving, and distributing copies

• Receiving deliveries and entering into PO logs

• Ordering necessary items from vendors

• Creating new folders; labeling, organizing, and filing documentation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs occasionally

• Standing and walking for extended periods as needed

• Light bending, stooping, and reaching

This position is FAST-PACED and ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with strong organizational and administrative skills in a shipping/warehouse environment.
