Counter Sales Associate
Position: Counter SalesLocation: Spokane, WashingtonType: Full-Time
Assist customers at the sales counter with truck parts and accessories inquiries
Identify, recommend, and sell appropriate parts based on customer needs
Process sales transactions accurately using company software
Answer phone calls and provide product information and pricing
Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked counter and sales area
Work collaboratively with warehouse and management staff to ensure customer satisfaction
Previous experience with auto or truck parts preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Decent computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
