Salary: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We’re looking for a skilled Custom Cabinetry Woodworker to join our team in Littleton, CO. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship, understands fine woodworking, and enjoys building high-quality custom cabinetry from start to finish.

You’ll work hands-on in the shop (and occasionally on site) creating custom cabinets and woodwork for residential and/or commercial projects. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong understanding of woodworking techniques are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build custom cabinets and woodwork from shop drawings and specifications

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

• Cut, assemble, sand, and prepare cabinetry components for finishing

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements

• Maintain high quality standards and consistent craftsmanship

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other shop staff

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Assist with installations as needed (optional—adjust if shop-only)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in custom cabinetry or fine woodworking (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, and materials

• Ability to read shop drawings and work with precise measurements

• Experience with hardwoods, plywood, veneers, and cabinet hardware

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Experience with CNC equipment

• Finishing or staining experience

• Installation experience

• Valid driver’s license
