Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and hazard-free workspace, including sweeping, wiping, and organizing tools and equipment.
• Operate grinding machines safely and efficiently to refine and finish metal or other material components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring smooth surfaces and adherence to dimensional tolerances.
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and machine safeguards.
• Maintain equipment by conducting routine inspections, cleaning, and reporting any malfunctions or repairs needed.
• Assist in setting up grinding machines for different tasks based on project requirements.
• Document work processes and report progress or issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machining, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and grinding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently within a team environment.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for handling tools and materials.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving production needs. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality output while fostering a safe working environment.
