A highly respected and fast-growing wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead client experience, operational excellence, and advisor support. This role is ideal for a polished, detail-driven professional with deep experience in financial planning services and a passion for delivering exceptional client care.
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients
Oversee onboarding, account servicing, and ongoing client communication
Manage workflows, service requests, and operational processes
Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up, and documentation
Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Coordinate with custodians, vendors, and internal teams
5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial services
Strong understanding of investment accounts, financial planning processes, and client service best practices
Excellent communication, professionalism, and relationship-building skills
close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning software
Remote-capable with strong self-management skills
