Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a Warehouse Lead for a local company. This position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. 

 

Job Description:

• Pay rate $19 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking and staging
• Assign task and monitor workflow to meet productivity goals
• Train warehouse associates on safety, procedures, and equipment
• Ensure OSHA and company safety requirements
• Perform inventory checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment 

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience as a warehouse lead is required
• Forklift experience required
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
• Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
