Full Job Description

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for a growing company in Victoria, TX. This role supports daily office operations and requires prior experience using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Functions

• Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
• Greet visitors and provide customer support
• Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
• Data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Use QuickBooks for invoicing, entry, and basic office/accounting support
• Assist with basic reporting and documentation
• Support management and office staff as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
QuickBooks experience required
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance


Physical Requirements

Ability to sit/stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (as needed)
