Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: M-F, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm

 

 

Duties:

• Process customer orders, shipments, and returns accurately and promptly
• Track and trace shipments; proactively communicate status updates, delays, or issues to customers
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to resolve service or delivery issues
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and request with professionalism and urgency
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
