Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Fulfillment Inserter Operators to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the manual assembly of packages containing multiple forms and labels and packing them for shipment. The operator will cross-traing in other areas. Strong attention to detail, teamwork and collaboration with co-workers are essential for success in this role.
Pay: $18.00/hr.
Shifts: 6:00pm to 3:00am (up to 8:00am as business needs dictate)
Responsibilities
- Manual assembly of packages.
- Packing boxes and prep for shipping.
- Utilize FedEx shipping software for data input and label creation.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, or shipping software is preferred.
- Prior experience in fulfillment is a big plus.
- Experience in quality control and inspections is preferred.
- Strong attention to details.
