Salary: $19/hr

We are  recruiting on behalf of a reputable landscape supply client located in Whitby, Ontario. We are seeking a customer‑focused Sales Associate to support daily sales operations, provide excellent service, and assist customers with their landscape material needs.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service in person and by phone
  • Process sales transactions and phone orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare quotations and assist customers with basic landscape material planning
  • Complete daily balancing and closing tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales office
  • Support display yard staff when needed
  • Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and company policies
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures
  • Contribute to a professional and positive company image

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic math skills for quoting and order accuracy
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or retail sales is an asset (not required)
