About the Role

A reputable Tulsa remodeling company is seeking an experienced Lead Remodel & Installer to oversee and execute kitchen and bathroom renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong trade skills, leadership ability, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen and bathroom remodel projects from tear-out to final installation

• Install cabinets, countertops, vanities, tile, fixtures, flooring, and related components

• Perform demolition safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and project plans

• Direct and mentor helpers or junior installers on job sites

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines

• Communicate with project managers, homeowners, and team members

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions on the job

• Load, unload, and manage tools, materials, and equipment

Qualifications

• Previous remodeling or construction experience required, preferably in kitchens and bathrooms

• Strong carpentry, installation, and finishing skills

• Ability to lead a small crew and manage job site workflow

• Proficient with hand and power tools

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Tulsa

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Professional communication and customer-service skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time hours (typically Monday–Friday; occasional weekends depending on project needs)
