Our staffing agency is hiring Sales Representatives on behalf of multiple client companies in the South County area. These roles are ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and supporting customers through a consultative sales approach.
Candidates may be placed with clients in Finance, insurance, industrial, construction, manufacturing, and/or skilled trade environments, depending on background and skill set. We match candidates with stable companies looking for long-term, reliable sales professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and present appropriate products or services
Generate and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
Prepare quotes, proposals, and basic pricing information
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Provide professional and timely communication via phone, email, and in person
Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn products, services, and sales processes quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Basic computer skills (email, CRM, quoting tools)
Dependable attendance and reliability
Inside or outside sales experience
Industrial, construction, manufacturing, or service industry exposure
Experience working with accounts, contracts, or recurring customers
