Marketing Liaison / Admissions Marketing Specialist Position Type: Full-Time Industry: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care / Healthcare Reports To: Administrator / Director of Marketing Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Liaison / Admissions Marketing Specialist with direct experience in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, or hospital settings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in admissions, business office operations, or healthcare marketing, and understands the referral process within nursing homes and hospitals. This role is responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships, supporting census development, and serving as a key connection between healthcare partners and our facility. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, case managers, and discharge planners Develop new contacts and relationships within nursing homes Meet with nursing home business managers (BOM) to establish a referral process Maintain and grow relationships with existing nursing home partners Territory includes locations within a 2–3-hour drive around the Northeast Florida (Jacksonville down to Orange County) area On the road 4–5 days per week Typically, home nightly; occasional overnight travel (1–2 times per year) with hotel expenses covered Promote facility services to referral sources and the community Support admissions processes, including referral follow-up and coordination Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions of care Track referral activity and report on marketing outcomes Participate in community outreach, networking events, and healthcare meetings Represent the facility professionally and knowledgeably at all times Required Experience & Qualifications Admissions or business office experience in a nursing home OR Marketing liaison experience working with nursing homes or hospitals Strong understanding of skilled nursing, post-acute care, and referral processes Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset Preferred Qualifications Prior census development or healthcare marketing experience Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes Existing referral relationships within hospitals or nursing facilities What We Offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, etc.) Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care transition.
