Salary: $20 - $25 per hour

Job Summary: Local Accounting firm that has been in business for over 30 years is looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist. This position is a vital role within the firm. You are the first experience the clients have with the firm, you have to successfully facilitate a relaxing, friendly environment, you will greet clients and co-workers, answer phones, direct and screen calls, respond to queries or request from clients, provide general clerical and administrative support for all functions of the firm, maintain appointments via an electronic calendar, prepare letters and documents as required, receive and sort mail and deliveries, maintain common areas of the office with required office supplies or refreshments, and more.

 

Location: Pensacola, FL

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour

Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM

Qualifications:

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess computer skills to include Adobe, Microsoft Suite, and Windows
• Ability to learn new programs and software
