We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to support sales teams and help ensure smooth coordination between customers, internal departments, and external partners. This role plays a key part in preparing documentation, coordinating workflows, and supporting projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team throughout the lifecycle of customer projects
- Coordinate initial orders and workflows to ensure projects move forward smoothly
- Prepare accurate proposals, agreements, and supporting documentation for customer review
- Submit requests for internal approvals and assist with onboarding new clients
- Complete and manage certificates, forms, and other required documentation upon request
- Communicate project updates, changes, or delays to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate information related to equipment, resources, and scheduling needs
- Develop and submit documentation and workflow plans to internal operations teams
- Attend internal and external meetings and training sessions as needed
- Review completed paperwork and work closely with accounting or billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
