Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Parts Coordinator for a reputable local auto body shop in the Flathead Valley. Position: Parts Coordinator

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with internal departments and outside vendors to order and track parts

• Schedule appointments and coordinate parts flow for repair jobs

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked

• Support the team by multitasking and adapting to changing priorities

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and retain information quickly

• Reliability and a professional demeanor

• Willingness to learn—auto body, shop, or parts counter experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move throughout the shop as needed

• Lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)

Tools & Equipment

• Computers, phones, and standard office/shop systems
