Behavioral Health Recruiter

About the Role
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for clinicians and support staff across our behavioral health programs. This role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, building strong relationships, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to ensure timely and effective staffing. You’ll play a key role in connecting skilled professionals with meaningful work that impacts client care.

Job Highlights

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for behavioral health roles such as therapists, counselors, case managers, and support staff
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps with hiring managers
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
• Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and HR tools

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in high volume call center is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured hiring processes
• Calm under pressure and capable of handling sensitive or confidential information
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and basic MS Office programs
• Passion for supporting behavioral health services and mission-driven work
