About the Role
Johnstone Supply is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse and delivery operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll help maintain inventory accuracy, ensure safe and efficient deliveries, and provide excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with branch leadership, drivers, and cross-functional teams to keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Highlights

• Oversee warehouse functions including receiving, labeling, put-away, picking, and order fulfillment.
• Manage product returns, warranties, freight claims, and reporting of shortages or damages.
• Collaborate with purchasing, vendors, and accounting to reconcile invoices and track accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and follow OSHA and company safety standards.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
• Support delivery operations: review manifests, inspect vehicles, verify routes, and monitor driver performance.
• Assist with staffing support, cross-training, and team development.
• Provide customer service, including phone support, counter assistance, and contractor support.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience in a wholesale or distribution environment.
• Preferred: background in HVACR or a related industry.
• Experience using Eclipse: Solar is highly desired
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
