We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to build custom residential homes from the ground up. This role is ideal for a craftsman who takes pride in quality work, understands the full home-building process, and can work independently as well as with a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform rough framing for residential homes

Install exterior siding and related components
-
Complete interior finish work, including trim, doors, and detailed carpentry

Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet schedules and quality standards
Requirements:
-
5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
-
Proven experience building homes from foundation to finish
-
Must have own tools suitable for professional carpentry work

Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and safety practices

Reliable transportation and punctual work habits

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
