Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and motivated candidates for Delivery / Warehouse openings in Mounds View, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work, interacting with customers, and learning new skills in a supportive, family‑run environment.

 

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Mounds View, MN
• Screening Requirements: Background check and drug screen required

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks
• Pull inventory for delivery
• Deliver appliances to customer locations
• Handle invoices and delivery documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Assist with appliance installation

 

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record (especially the last 3 years)
• General labor or mechanical skills preferred
• Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic

 

Physical Requirements

• Frequent breaks while driving between delivery locations
• Ability to team-lift appliances using shoulder straps (up to 355 lbs)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering appliances

 

Equipment Used

• Back straps
• Box truck
• Hand tools for installation
• Dolly

 

Travel Involved

• 6–10 deliveries per day
• Typically 5–10 miles between stops
