Job Summary

Express Pros is seeking motivated and reliable Snow Plow Drivers to join our team immediately for our client in Canton.  This is an on‑call, weather‑dependent position requiring individuals who can work outdoors in winter conditions and respond to overnight or early‑morning snow events. High‑performing winter employees may transition into spring/summer lawn‑care roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow trucks safely and efficiently
• Respond promptly to on‑call notifications during snow events
• Work overnight/early morning shifts (typical 2–3 AM start)
• Clear parking lots, driveways, and commercial properties to company standards
• Spread salt when needed
• Perform routine equipment checks and report issues
• Comply with all safety and driving regulations

Requirements

• Must be 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Clean driving record within the past 3–5 years
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience operating snow plow vehicles
• Able to work in harsh winter weather
• Dependable, motivated, and able to be on‑call
• Reliable transportation
