Pay: $15.50–$16.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Part-time with varied hours

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local client to hire a reliable, detail-oriented Process Server to support legal and court-related activities throughout Klamath and Lake Counties. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, independent, and comfortable working in the field.

What You’ll Do:

• Hand-deliver legal documents such as summons, subpoenas, evictions, court orders, and garnishments

• Accurately complete proofs/affidavits of service

• Maintain detailed notes including time, location, and description of service

• Prepare and plan daily service routes

• Conduct skip tracing using public records, directories, utilities, and social media

• Post foreclosures and document with photos

• Assist with trustee sales, sheriff sales, and third-party bidding

• Provide clear, timely reports

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• Clean driving record

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Comfortable working independently and in varied environments

• Knowledge of Klamath & Lake County roads is a plus

• Attention to detail and professionalism are a must
