HVAC Apprentice – Residential & Light Commercial


Pay: $19–$25/hr DOE

Position Overview
We are looking for an entry-level HVAC Apprentice with 0–4 years of experience. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the trade, gain experience with heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, and grow into a skilled installer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings

• Learn to read layout plans, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals

• Support the team with tools, materials, and equipment

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe worksites

• Follow safety protocols and learn from experienced installers

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of HVAC experience or strong interest in learning the trade

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to grow

• Good communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
