Warehouse Picker bilingual English/Spanish

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Picker to join our team in ensuring that our high-end linens are carefully and beautifully packaged before they are sent to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in handling luxurious products, and contribute to the overall excellence of our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect all linen products for quality assurance before packing, ensuring they are free from defects, wrinkles, or damage.

• Fold and package linens with care, ensuring that each item is presented beautifully for the customer.

• Label products accurately and ensure all packaging materials (boxes, tissue paper, ribbons, etc.) are properly stocked.

• Ensure all orders are packed and processed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining attention to detail.

• Organize and maintain packaging station to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

• Follow company packaging standards, maintaining a high level of consistency in appearance and presentation.

• Communicate any issues with products or inventory to the supervisor or management team.

• Assist with inventory management by tracking packaging supplies and notifying management when supplies are low.

• Assist with the shipment process, ensuring all items are properly labeled, packed securely, and ready for delivery to customers.

• Assist with any general warehouse needs including and not limited to; unloading, stocking, inventory, and general cleaning.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and precision, especially when handling luxury items.

• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to lift and move linens and packaging materials (up to 30 lbs).

• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality products.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with care.

• Ability to work overtime during the holiday season Thanksgiving-Christmas. 

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm 

Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour
