Job Title: MIG Welder – Structural ProductionLocation: San Marcos, CAShift: 1st Shift | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Job Description:Seeking an experienced MIG Welder for structural production welding on 1st shift. This role is in an active shop environment where materials are hot, heavy, and sharp, and safety and skill are critical.
Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on structural steel components
Read and follow welding blueprints and job specifications
Maintain weld quality and production standards
Operate safely in a fast-paced fabrication shop
Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines
Work Environment:
Industrial shop setting
Hot, heavy, and sharp materials
Standing, lifting, and repetitive motion required
Qualifications:
Previous MIG welding experience (structural production preferred)
Ability to pass an on-site weld test prior to placement
Knowledge of welding safety practices
Dependable and punctual for early shift hours
