Schedule: Full‑time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals of Baton Rouge is partnering with an HVAC, Refrigeration, & Heating Supply Company seeking an upbeat and customer‑focused Inside Sales Counter Representative. This role supports phone and walk‑in customers, processes sales orders, and assists with warehouse and store operations in a fast‑paced office/industrial environment.

Primary Duties

• Assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone with product selection and order processing

• Handle walk‑in and phone sales orders accurately and efficiently

• Pull, stage, and load merchandise for customer pickups and deliveries

• Support general warehouse operations, including stocking, organizing, and inventory upkeep

• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards

• Provide friendly, positive, and professional customer service at all times

• Work as a team player and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment

• Stay open to learning about HVAC, refrigeration, and supply products

Requirements

• Knowledge of the HVAC/supply industry is required

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

• Comfortable working in a combined office/industrial warehouse environment

• Positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
