Job Description:
Seeking skilled 2nd Shift Mechanical Assemblers with soldering experience to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Vista, CA. This role involves assembling and testing mechanical and electrical components and cabling while maintaining high quality and precision standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components and cable assemblies
• Perform soldering tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Test assembled components to ensure functionality and quality
• Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production schedules in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of previous mechanical or electronic assembly experience
• Soldering experience required
• Familiarity with fiber optics is a plus
• Ability to understand technical literature and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
