Salary: $65-$80k

* $65+-$80k/year depending on experience and education level

* Full time / Permanent Direct Hire

* Open to training the right candidate or talking to candidates that can hit the ground running.  Work for a company with a 50-year track record. Duties will include overseeing multiple projects from time of award throughout the various phases until completion.  

- Submit Shop Drawings

- Samples for approvals

- Purchase materials

- Attend site meetings

- Field measuring

- Coordinate with fabricators, field installation and drafters

- Responsible for project progress - project budget, quality assurance, preparing change orders.

- Project closeout - closeout documents and warranties

Position requirements: One year certificate from college, or technical school, and/or 3 years related experience.  Must have a valid driver's license. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, sufficient mathematical skills, must be organized, handle stress and prioritize.
