Machine Operator- Plater

Located in Stockdale, TX

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Plater to prepare, assemble, and operate equipment used in the plating process. This role is responsible for monitoring plating operations, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring all parts meet required specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, assemble, and operate plating equipment, including racks, anodes, rectifiers, and related components

• Monitor the plating process throughout the shift and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and specification compliance

• Add chemicals according to lab analysis instructions

• Accurately complete work tickets and production documentation

• Read and understand meters, temperature gauges, and other monitoring equipment

• Handle chemicals, acids, and flammable liquids in a safe and responsible manner

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times

Safety Requirements:

• Safety is a top priority; employees must strictly follow all safety guidelines

• Ability to work safely around chemicals, acids, and flammable materials

• All required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided

Qualifications:

• Previous plating or chemical processing experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
