  What You’ll Do

  As the Company Accountant, you’ll play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly financial statements and internal reports
  • Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accuracy of financial data
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and coordinating with external CPAs
  • Analyzing financial performance and providing insights to leadership
  • Improving and implementing accounting systems and internal controls

  What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong understanding of small business financial practices
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
