Position Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading auto glass products within the warehouse or yard, and onto and off of delivery trucks. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload auto glass products from trucks and storage racks, ensuring materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.

• Accurately pick and stage orders for delivery or shipping.

• Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Assist with inventory counts and documentation.

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or auto parts environment preferred.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.

• May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

• Safety equipment required (gloves, steel-toed boots, etc.).
