Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Policy Print Specialist to support operations at a local life insurance company. This role is responsible for preparing, printing, and assembling insurance policy documents to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to agents and customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured, production-focused office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Print, assemble, and prepare insurance policy documents for distribution

• Review policy information for accuracy and completeness

• Ensure all required forms and endorsements are included in policy packets

• Maintain organized records of completed work

• Meet daily and weekly production deadlines

• Follow quality control and compliance procedures

• Communicate with internal departments to resolve missing or incorrect information

• Handle confidential customer and policy information appropriately

• Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Prior clerical, office, or document processing experience preferred

• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
