Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Building Maintenance/Handyman for a nonprofit organization in the Waukegan Area! The ideal candidate will have experience with minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. 

Duties

• Fix minor issues around building involving drywall, painting, tiling, and basic carpentry.
• Handle minor leaks, unclogged drains, and replaced light fixtures, switches, or outlets.
• Performed routine checks and filter changes on HVAC units
• Take company vehicles for routine service, washing, and fuel 
• Routine grounds maintenance

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of prior building maintenance or handyman experience 
• Must be able to clear a background 
• Must have a valid drivers license
