Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Commercial Account Manager for a well‑established company in Forest Lake, MN. Pay & Schedule

  • Annual Pay: $65,000

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: Forest Lake, MN

  • Screening Requirements: Background check required; no drug screen

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in the agency management system (Epic)

  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours

  • Support receptionist phone duties as needed

  • Navigate carrier websites for endorsements, claims, and account management

  • Assist with cross‑selling opportunities

  • Manage and process policy renewals

  • Support clients and producers during account audits

  • Handle Certificates of Insurance (COI) requests

  • Provide support to branch office staff

  • Assist with bond-related processes

  • Collaborate with producers and clients on remarketing requests

  • Cover responsibilities for other Account Managers during absences

  • Maintain continuing education and licensing requirements

  • Submit and assist with claims handling

  • Maintain accurate, organized files per company procedures

  • Ensure accuracy of all account documentation (new business, renewals, endorsements, audits)

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with insureds and carrier representatives

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Attend 2–3 weeks of in‑person onboarding; hybrid work model may be considered after approximately one month
