Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry of sales orders
• Generating and processing customer invoices
• Working within our accounting/inventory system (currently Sage 100)
• Coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate billing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in invoicing, order processing, or similar administrative function
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
