Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive a box truck when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Drive a box truck for local deliveries as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Box truck driving experience (local routes preferred).
• Forklift certification or experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean background check.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
