Job Title: Dry Mix Operator II (1st Shift) – Temp to Hire

Shift:
1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs. This may include occasional Saturdays or extended shifts (early start times).

$19.50 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dry Mix Operator II to join our client’s production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and performing physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load blenders with dry raw materials

• Fill and handle product bags

• Perform continual lifting of up to 50 lbs

• Follow all safety and PPE requirements, including mandatory respirator use (must be clean shaven)

• Cross-train in the Weigh Room as needed, requiring strong attention to detail and basic math skills

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

• Comfortable wearing a respirator for extended periods

• Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple production areas

• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

• Dependable attendance and flexibility for overtime when required
