Position Summary:
Our client is looking for a General Laborer will assist with preparing and finishing interior surfaces, including painting, sanding, and wallpaper removal. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing hands-on tasks in residential and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interior surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and smoothing walls.
• Remove existing wallpaper, adhesives, and damaged materials.
• Assist with taping, edging, priming, and other paint preparation tasks.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes under supervision or according to project scope.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment (ladders, sanders, scrapers, etc.) properly.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools as needed.
• Support other general labor tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in painting, sanding, or general labor preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• Good work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working indoors and around dust, paint, and basic hand tools.

Starting wage: $16hr 

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time or part-time, depending on project needs.
• Residential and commercial job sites.
• May require occasional weekend or extended hours based on project timelines.
