Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager for a growing women owned company in North Branch, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $22–$24 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Monday production meetings, set weekly schedules, and manage daily workflow across embroidery, screen print, and finishing

• Assist with machine setup and operate embroidery machines and other equipment as needed

• Receive and organize incoming shipments; coordinate outgoing shipments with the Account Manager

• Inspect completed orders for quality and consistency; assist with folding, cleaning, and packaging during busy periods

• Support and train production team members; troubleshoot issues and maintain a productive work environment

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines, vinyl cutter, sublimation printer, laser cutter, and heat press

• Document processes, create SOPs, and identify opportunities for workflow and quality improvements

• Communicate with the Account Manager to ensure smooth handoffs between sales, production, and delivery

• Provide customer updates when needed and assist with retail support during breaks or absences

Qualifications

• Embroidery or production experience preferred (not required)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information

• Strong computer proficiency; able to learn and troubleshoot production software

• Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Teams

• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to speak up when needed
