About the Position:

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Water Department Laborer to join a dedicated municipal team committed to community service and public safety. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors, be comfortable with physically demanding tasks, and have a flexible attitude toward supporting various needs within the city. This is an evaluation to hire opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general operations and maintenance tasks for the water department
• Perform duties across multiple locations
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Support a variety of public works projects as needed

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications: 

• Must be able to walk, stoop, and stand for 8-10 hours per shift 
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Full range of motion required for physical tasks
• Valid driver's license required
• Drug screen (safety sensitive) and background check
