Job Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, promoting our services, and consulting to unlock new revenue streams. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a competitive environment and has a proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients, primarily through in-person visits, phone calls, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their talent acquisition needs and position our services as a valuable solution.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with Express Employment, highlighting our expertise, track record, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with our internal team to develop customized recruitment strategies and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business partnerships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, effectively managing your sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- A competitive attitude with a drive to exceed expectations and outperform competitors.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
- A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Benefits and Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including a base salary and commission structure. Additionally, you will have access to a retirement plan with 3% company match, and paid time off.
We also offer a flexible work schedule. Meeting as a team in the morning critical. Otherwise, working in the office, from home, and on the road is all possible. As long as results a are being achieved the schedule can be flexible after training has been completed.
