Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a local manufacturing company. The Quality Control Technician is responsible for inspecting, preparing, and packaging products to ensure they meet company quality standards. This role requires consistency, accuracy, and a strong focus on following safety and quality protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform product inspections to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company specifications.

• Prepare and package finished products accurately and according to labeling requirements.

• Document inspection results and communicate quality issues to supervisors or production leads.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company policies.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.

• Support production goals by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.

• Good organizational and recordkeeping skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
