Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing setting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works with Machine Operations Lead and Production Team to reach daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Understanding of machine’s function and components to maintain optimal machine health and operation.
• Understands how to set parameters to ensure optimal performance and end-product creation.
• Ensures machine is consistently cleaned and maintained per manufacturer and internal requirements.
• Assists production team with bulk material processing, as needed: bucking, machining, sorting, quality control and assurance.
• Assists with other product creation and packaging as needed, including rolling pre-rolls, packing bulk flower, grinding flower material, product labeling, and heat sealing.
• Assists team with product transfers to and from other licenses, as needed.
• Maintains organized and clean workspace.
• Helps maintain bulk product storage and environment.
• Miscellaneous other tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have or be able to obtain an OLCC Permit
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
