CNC Machinist OR Setup Person

Salary: $20-$28

A well-established manufacturing company in High Point, NC is looking to add one to two experienced CNC Machinists to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a machinist who takes pride in setup accuracy, machine performance, and producing high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to meet production and quality requirements

• Make offsets, tooling changes, and adjustments as needed

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications

• Perform in-process inspections to ensure part quality

• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes

• Edit CNC programs as needed; ability to write programs is a strong plus, but not required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment

• Strong setup and adjustment skills

• Working knowledge of CNC controls and machining practices

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

• Programming experience (writing or editing) is preferred but not mandatory

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
