?? Business Development Executive – Healthcare 

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Remote | High-Growth Opportunity

?? What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

  • Present staffing solutions through meetings, calls, and proposals

  • Negotiate contracts and close new business to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow accounts and revenue

  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance in a CRM system

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  • Represent the organization at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and sales strategies

? What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience (healthcare preferred)

  • Experience working at both corporate and facility levels

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

  • CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Willingness to travel (up to 80%)

  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Remote role with travel and occasional evenings/weekends as needed
