Industrial Maintenance Painter

Location: Pineville, La | Pay: $14 per hour | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Painter to join our team. This position is responsible for painting, surface preparation, and general upkeep of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation on equipment, machinery, and facility areas

• Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications

• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition

• Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and ventilation procedures

• Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, and removing old paint

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods

• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching

• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

• Work on knees, crouched positions, and ladders as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous painting or industrial maintenance experience preferred

• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Pay: $14 per hour
