We’re hiring an Office Clerk in Weatherford, TX for a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Position Overview

As an Office Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations through administrative tasks, customer service, and office coordination. This position requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide dependable daily attendance and punctuality
Perform general office duties, including filing, organizing, and document handling
Answer and direct busy phone lines professionally
Interact with customers and internal team members with a service-first attitude
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for basic tasks and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous office experience preferred but not required
