Job Description for Bus Charter Facilitator:

• Transportation Support: Ride charter bus transporting staff from hotel to worksite/facility and back.
  • Loading & Unloading: Assist staff with boarding and exiting vehicles outside facilities and hotel.
  • Shift Transitions: Reload outgoing staff from previous shifts and escort them back to the hotel.
  • Live Communication: Provide real-time updates and information to Express Employment Professionals as needed.
  • Operational Flow: Support smooth shift changes by riding routes rather than remaining at a single location.

Requirements for Bus Charter Facilitator:

• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills..
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, stow items, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Previous experience in customer service in a professional setting is a plus.
