Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Mechanic for a manufacturing facility located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $26.00 – $30.00 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent position on the night shift, working 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM on a "Pitman" schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off).

This role is responsible for providing technical and maintenance support to plant equipment, ensuring all machinery is serviced, repaired, and maintained for safe, efficient, and reliable operation. You’ll work closely with the production team to minimize downtime and keep equipment running at top performance.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Servicing and lubricating production equipment according to maintenance schedules
• Performing equipment repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Conducting preventative maintenance on facility and process machinery
• Recording and documenting all maintenance and repair activities
• Fabricating tools, fixtures, and components as directed
• Collecting, storing, and managing waste oils and greases
• Assisting with waste disposal and environmental responsibilities
• Working on-call overtime during maintenance emergencies or shutdowns
• Following all safety policies, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out and compliance regulations
